Wild Rice Bread
I hate wild rice because it reminds me of cockroach wings.. But, we got some in a food challenge and had a bunch leftover. This is the best use of it. Fluffy, amazingly moist, and deliciously addicting bread. So easy.

Only thing I did differently was double the rice, because that was what I had in the fridge.. oh, and omit some things I did not have.. 😉
