Goat Cheesy Flat Bread
It is that day where the goat cheese will have to be thrown out tomorrow. Probably should have tossed it today, but I am a bit crazy, so I folded it into the flat bread… Why put it on top of the bread, when you can make the flat bread sour itself? It worked out real well.

Sounds really good! Nice way to use up leftovers — I’m never quite sure what to do with near-expired goat cheese, and there’s never enough to do anything big with. I imagine this is quite good with the rosemary. 🙂
