Too many carrots (and time).. Also I live with someone with a pasta maker. Pretty good cooked up with some butter. Or carbonara.
- 6 medium carrots, peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
