Aunt Anne’s Slaw

SlawThis coleslaw will last forever, which is good, because heads of cabbage were 25 cents a piece the other day in preparation for Saint Patrick’s Day….

We put it in lunch wraps, baked it with chicken for dinner, ate it out of the bowl standing with the fridge door open. You know… nice and refreshing, just in time for Spring.
